What are the technical requirements to be able to participate?

FOR SPEAKERS/PRESENTERS Google Chrome browser on Desktop/Laptop with a microphone and webcam (preferably with headphones) High speed WiFi or Wired connection (minimum of 10 MBPS upload/download speed) If you are logging in from a corporate/secure network, check with your IT team and ensure you have access to Youtube and chrome browser

Which sessions are going to be recorded? When will the recordings be available and do I have access to them?

All conference sessions are recorded on Zoom/Youtube unless we have received any explicit instructions from any of the attending speakers not to record their sessions. The recorded sessions will be made available to you soon after the event.

Where can I review the schedule/conference agenda?

You can also navigate to the agenda schedule by going to the ‘Auditorium’ and clicking on Agenda. During the conference, you will be able to view the actual schedule once you have logged onto the Virtual Event platform.

How to ask questions to speakers, post comments and chat with others during a session?

Once inside a session window, you may ask questions to speakers by clicking on the Q&A tab

A Q & A link will be provided, which one may access to view the questions directed to the speakers. This can be screened and taken up either by the host of the session or the moderator, who will then direct these questions to the respective speaker.
