About the event

The KuwaitTech Virtual Event organized by UCS Group and White Paper Summits is one of Kuwait’s largest virtual expos dedicated to the latest ICT products and services, consumer electronics, hi-tech gadgets and smart technology for various sectors.

The core focus of the expo was to share and discuss a broad spectrum of presentations, case studies and latest market trends along with educating and enlightening the attendees about ways in which they can adapt to the demands of the digital and technological revolution.

Crafting Solutions

  • The expo hall was designed to show an aerial view of the floor plan. Exhibitors were categorically stationed across multiple halls, enabling visitors to use the multiple filter option to browse through different exhibitors across categories. The expo hall displayed a series of exhibitor logos in GIF format to give equal preference to exhibitors.
  • Using the intelligent match feature on the online platform, the client was able to download a detail report that contained a list of attendees and visitors who were tagged based on their interest in specific products. Meeting Tables and Discussion rooms were integrated to intelligently match industry professionals and experts with direct purchasing power.
  • In terms of customer support, the Vmeets cross channel customer success team assisted the client in Speaker Management, including training, managing and prepping the speakers for the sessions, executing dry runs, preparing email content and providing technical support for last-minute changes on the agenda.
  • Virtual booths and skylines were designed to fit the theme of the event and the client’s requirements.
  • The registration page/tool was devised to automatically accept and reject attendees based on certain set parameters. This helped the client filter attendees.
